Meet our teachers

Kate Kleine - Dance Teacher & owner

I created this dance studio for people like YOU… because you deserve to feel empowered, loved, supported and celebrated in a space that is judgement-free. You deserve to love yourself, to feel confident and to feel sexy!

Dance has taken me around the world, introduced me to people I consider family, allowed me to get to know myself and helped me to be brave and strong! Dancing makes me feel ALIVE! I want YOU to know the same feeling.

Whether you have never danced before, haven’t danced in a long time or you are a professional dancer… Honey is for YOU. I know it can be daunting trying something new… However, Honey is carefully designed so that you feel completely AMAZING and supported through every step of the process.

Thank you so much for supporting Honey and allowing my dream to be a reality. I am so grateful for you, always.

I can’t wait to meet you.
Love, Kate xoxo

Kiara Barr - Dance Teacher

Having lived in multiple countries, Kiara fell in love with the fact that no matter who you are, what language you speak or where you come from... You can connect to and relate to others through dance. She believes that dance is an outlet, a form of expression and something anyone can understand, despite language and cultural differences. She loves how it can bring people together.

She is a big believer that dance only requires passion and drive. It doesn’t matter when you started or how long you’ve been dancing for. If you have a real passion for dancing and you’re willing to work hard, you can achieve anything.

Kiara started dancing in high school, barely able to do a jump or a turn. Despite all of that she knew it was something she wanted to do and worked hard to achieve her goals. By Year 12, she made dance captain, choreographing dances and competing isuccessfully n competitions. She is now an inspiring, motivating, knowledgeable and empowering teacher and mentor. We are so grateful to have her on the team! Our students are obsessed with her classes and you will be too!

Maisy Robson - Beginner Hip Hop Teacher

Maisy has been dancing for 13 years in a variety of styles but her heart found hip hop and never looked back. She was a part of the internationally award-winning House of Sole for 5 years where she competed and performed in many national and international competitions and showcases.

Maisy is currently completing an arts degree which has allowed her to create for local shows, brands and musicians. She has been teaching for 4 wonderful years and has helped mould beginner competition and performance crews into award-winning dancers.

Maisy has a kind, gentle soul. She'll make anyone feel comfortable and empowered just by being herself. We love Maisy and you will too!
